Eidg. Schützenfest Luzern 2020

An effective communication presence with national reach, as well as the presentation of a large portion of Lucerne – That is the key objective of the organising committee of the Eidgenössisches Schützenfest 2020 (Swiss Shooting Festival – ESF 2020). Lucerne was chosen as the venue for the largest sporting occasion in the whole of Switzerland in 2020, an event held only every five years and lasting more than four weeks.

With unerring precision, the organising committee briefed our creative team. Together with the leaders, the positioning and the visual appearance were created. There are quite a few challenges – starting with the acquisition of suitable sponsoring partners, and the need to address more than 100,000 planned visitors to the festival.

 

In the first phase the focus is on acquiring partners and activating the shooting community. The activation of the regional population begins in 2019. The expansion of the communications measures will take place in the year of the event and have a national reach.

 

Targeted messages, creatively valuable work, well-conceived methods in the positioning of the event, and a friendly social interaction are all important pillars of our cooperation. atedo is keeping us on track in terms of communication, and showing us the way with effective implementation.
